14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • Tags must be attached (if applicable)

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt)

Once your request is approved, we will provide the following:

  • Return instructions

  • Return address

  • Any required return authorization details

⚠️ Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless:

    • The item is defective

    • The item is damaged

    • You received the wrong item

  • In approved cases (damage/wrong item), we will:

    • Provide a prepaid return label OR

    • Cover the return shipping cost

  • No restocking fee applies to approved returns within 14 days.


Return Address

The return address will be provided after your return request is approved.
(This ensures your return is sent to the correct fulfillment location.)


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as non-returnable


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

If your return is not approved, we will notify you with the reason.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different product, please do the following:

  1. Return the original item

  2. Place a new order


Late Returns

Returns requested or received after 14 days may:

  • Be subject to a restocking fee (up to 15%), or

  • Be declined depending on condition and reason
